Publisher: a new bomb about the car wash operation

The serious mistakes committed by Operation Lava-Jato are already known to the general public. Every day, however, new facts arise, which inexorably compromise the results achieved or condemnations issued by such an operation. Until recently, former federal deputy Eduardo Cunha benefited from an annulment of a conviction, in the course of such an operation, which imputed a sentence greater than 16 years in prison. From a strictly legal point of view, a minister of the STF has already dissected the numerous procedural errors committed in the midst of the work of the infamous Operation Lava-Jato, also known as the Republic of Curitiba.

In addition to the bombastic statements made by former Odebrecht lawyer Tacla Duran, denouncing possible abuse and extortion, it is now the turn of another former whistleblower, Tony Garcia, to come forward, through an interview, revealing that he was coerced into granting an interview directed, with the purpose of revising or "justifying" the condemnation of defendants. Such information is reaching wide repercussions on social networks. It's a plot that makes the best writers of detective novels jealous, like the Belgian Georges Simenon.

Even alleged blackmail by judges, with images of a possible Festa da Cueca, are being suggested. The big problem with this operation was that it survived the report by Minister Teori Zavascki who, unfortunately, died in a serious aviation accident, before presenting it. He would have aborted, in time, the continuity of these mistakes. In the legal corners, it was already anticipated that his report would be devastating.
